In the Enterprise Change Office, we propel change to accelerate CG’s Long-Term Strategy. As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the delivery of large and complex initiatives that are the vehicles of change. Your scope will include a range of initiatives in the Investment Operations business area. As a project manager, you will be expected to lead delivery and change throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure the initiative outcomes are clear, executive and stakeholder support exists, there is a well understood plan for execution, change strategy is executed, and ultimately that outcomes are delivered. You will partner with business leaders, Technology and Data partners and Enterprise Change Office colleagues to deliver results.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of project management experience
  • You have experience in leading successful business and/or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management
  • You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
  • Preferred if you have a foundational understanding and/or are skilled in Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Delivery
  • Preferred if you have experience working in or consulting in Investment Management
  • You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change
  • You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders
  • When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset
  • You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results

Southern California Base Salary Range: $140,995-$225,592

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
