Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee projects across multiple sites, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify exciting business development opportunities and address key gaps to drive growth.
  • Handle escalated claims and resolve conflicts effectively with poise and professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of work while ensuring compliance with all relevant documentation.
  • Develop and implement innovative problem-solving strategies that deliver results.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with trades to monitor job progress.
  • Proactively resolve disputes and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all work meets legislative and contractual OH&S requirements.
  • Oversee inspections, certifications, and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects meet profitability targets.
  • Participate in contract negotiation and project bidding processes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures across projects.
  • Ensure company adherence to local, state, and federal laws regarding construction, labor, and safety.
  • Identify potential site hazards (Lead, Asbestos, Mold, etc.) during your site inspection.
  • Liaise with clients, adjusters & insurance companies to provide technical updates and explain approved scope of works.
  • Take ownership of each assigned project from commencement to completion.

  • Proven experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills that foster collaboration.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Empathy and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in managing delivery processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A current motor vehicle license is required.
