Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with task tracking software.
• Experience in leading cross-functional and diverse global teams, and managing across technologies, products, and domains.
• The ability to concisely and accurately communicate complex topics. 

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated literacy of global financial markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to drive collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve challenges.
• Experience with decision-making, issue resolution, managing risks, and building consensus among team members and dependent teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, communicate, and remediate any concerns and risks with ongoing projects and goals to help ensure timely delivery.
• Work independently and with management to identify key issues, decisions and constraints on high visibility projects.
• Manage information and project tracking - ensuring documentation is updated, tasks are properly organized and reflect appropriate status and content.
• Help the product team to document, prioritize, and plan the next set of goals, as well as managing the backlog of projects.
• Facilitate communication between all groups, fostering a culture of professionalism and customer advocacy.
• Help the business and product teams document and communicate pain points and opportunities to be solved.
