Project Manager

Central Technology Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, a relationship builder, goal-driven, and an effective communicator.

As the Project Manager, you will work with project sponsors/owners to:
Evaluate opportunities, outcomes, approaches, requirements, risks, and scope
Assess, develop, and implement project plans
Manage timelines, resources, budgets, change controls, deliverables, and communications
Coordinate team members, delegating tasks to achieve the desired outcomes

You will support the project owner from initiation to implementation by developing a business case, building a delivery plan, monitoring/managing progress, and communicating across teams. With effective communication and team-building skills, you will work with the project owner(s), the project team, vendor(s), and contractor(s) to ensure quality and the timely completion of the project. You will mentor and lead the team to find creative and innovative solutions throughout the project.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and innovative. We will rely on you to be accountable for the project completion and the ability to lead the team. You will have autonomy, so we are looking for someone that sets effective priorities, has strong planning, analytics, and decision-making skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging and interacting with senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a similar field, and 3 to 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience is preferred. Certifications are desirable, but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about project management and wants to grow personally and professionally.
