ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This position is located onsite in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects.

• Manage and provide strategic guidance to teams.

• Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring the right individuals are assigned and that team conflicts or challenges get resolved.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that team members perform effectively and contribute to project success.

• Oversee risk management, provide guidance in higher-level risk decision making, align risk management practices with organizational goals, and oversee risk management strategies.

• Establish communication strategies for higher-level stakeholders and senior management, manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders, and ensure strategic stakeholder management.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.

  • PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting DoD programs.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.

• Active PMP certification.

• ITIL certification.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active/current Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.”
