We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to collaborate cross-functionally and support Product Launch teams in executing high-impact campaigns, brand initiatives, and new product rollouts. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, clear communication, and timely execution. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and product launches
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Work cross-functionally to support new product launches, ensuring seamless execution from concept to market
Track and manage key launch milestones, including asset creation
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate risks to keep projects on time and within scope
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and ensure clear documentation of project progress
Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and creative execution
Follow PMO best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams
May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

Experience in beauty, pharma, skincare, and fashion industries a plus
5 + years of experience in project management
Deep understanding of product launches, marketing campaigns, and digital/social initiatives
Experience working with creative, marketing, and product development teams
Knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and processes (Smartsheet, Iconik, Miro, Figma)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proactive and great attention to detail

Office Location: Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Position reports directly to Executive Director, Program Management

Compensation & Total Rewards The expected pay range for this position is $138,000 to $155,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
