Salary Range - $120-140,000
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful projects to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, working closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business, as well as collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining clear and consistent communications. Backed by a global company network, you will work across the organization to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive overall success.
Key Responsibilities will include.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring proper resourcing and team allocation to meet project delivery requirements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, participating in Project Risk Management Reviews to mitigate potential challenges.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to engineering staff assigned to the project, fostering professional growth and development.
- Contribute to special initiatives and continuous improvement projects, enhancing processes, tools, systems, and overall organizational efficiency.
About You
Ideally you will have prior experience in project management, control, or product delivery within a technical engineering or manufacturing organization. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with all stakeholders. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically will set you apart in this role. Formal qualifications in Project Management or an Engineering discipline are highly desirable, as is experience in a tactical communications business environment.
With a natural leadership style, you foster a supportive and open team environment, encouraging collaboration and growth. Your background includes exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering environments, equipping you with the ability to navigate complex projects effectively. A can-do attitude and a strong drive for results make you a proactive and solutions-oriented professional.
