OASYS, INC., a Leading Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Project Manager to support our ARMY customer.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of a project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications by managing resources, coordinating team members, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years' of Project Management experience with Software Development teams
• 12 total years of experience and the 12 years can be any type of paid experience
• Agile PM experience
• PMP certification
• Scrum Master Certification
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across interdepartmental teams using a variety of tools
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities

Required Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline (STEM, computer science, or computer engineering, etc.).

Eligibility: Only US citizens are eligible for this position. Candidates must have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
