About the Role 

We are looking for a project management professional who is able to run development teams to success. This individual will be responsible for the planning, delivery and communication of project progress to internal stakeholders. You will align cross functional stakeholders, pursue solutions while assessing trade-offs and ensure the execution of your projects boost Stylitics growth. 

What You Will Do

  • Develop project plans for technical implementation, including setting targets for milestones, identifying critical paths and documenting risk mitigation plans in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Lead projects from conception to completion by managing project scope, removing impediments and communicating progress to stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain processes to ensure project management policies are followed and identify areas in which the policies can evolve to better support the team
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and resources to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering, product management and internal stakeholders
  • Triage project blockers and resolve conflicts
  • Manage communication across teams in regards to priorities, planning and delivery
  • Contribute to the creation of the Project Management Office (PMO)

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience within software development 
  • Experience working cross functionally with software engineering, product management and UI/UX Design
  • Understanding of a software development lifecycle 
  • Direct agile/waterfall project management experience
  • Proven success on delivering larger scale projects on time and within scope
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with all levels of management
  • PMP Certification 
  • Scrum Master Certification

Salary

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $90,000.00 - $120,000.00. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
