As a Project Manager IV, you will lead large-scale projects using advanced project management tools to ensure successful outcomes focusing on Cleveland Clinic's Neurological Institute. This multifaceted role spans project management, program oversight, and strategic communications, offering opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and in-depth exposure to operational processes.
A caregiver in this position works weekdays onsite at Main Campus, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with one remote day.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Manage all aspects of and provide a single point of contact for assigned projects.
Lead/manage multiple medium- to large-size projects, leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver results.
Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Complete audits and identify trends.
Determine system improvements and implement changes.
Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Five years of project management experience in an assigned area, including implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity and involving complex financial system applications.
