The Project Manager plays a crucial role in managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects throughout MPG. This role will work collaboratively with IT Leadership, as well as organizational leadership to ensure that the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) is appropriately driving projects that are completed on time and within budget. Many of these projects will be related to our business systems, and as such, this person will be responsible for rapidly evolving the systems and processes supporting administrative departments including, but not limited to, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, and Marketing functions. The Supervisor role will also assist in evaluating potential new applications and solutions against business requirements, ensuring they are aligned to broader architectural and security standards and meet tactical and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
• Manage the development and improvement of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) policies and processes and expand them throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects, ensuring they align with the organizational strategy and budget.
• Monitor current projects, coordinate resources, plan project management, and track and analyze project-related financial data, risks, and resource allocation.
• Manage team goals, schedules, and new information, and communicate timeline changes and new information to the team.
• Track project changes, adjust schedules as needed, and manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Lead in managing, measuring, and reporting on key service-level metrics, including service-level agreements, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process design and re-engineering to achieve both incremental and transformational business impact.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with organizational leadership, ensuring that overall IT services and goals are mutually understood and delivered as it pertains to the ePMO.
• Define and report on operational metrics and generate problem statements that are supported by ePMO-compiled data.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and assign appropriate team members to deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment and thrive within ambiguity.
• Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and best business practices.
• Naturally compelled to utilize Lean principles of continuous improvement.
• Strives to meet aggressive goals and know when to reset expectations.
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with organizational leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to break down information in a systematic and consumable manner.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
