Who You Are:  

You play a primary role in validating requirements, leading internal communications, managing issues and mitigating risks to ensure successful on-time project delivery. You are a highly-organized, experienced and effective project manager who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and has relevant technical and industry expertise to continually satisfy both internal and external project stakeholders. 

The Impact You Will Have:  

The Project Manager III (PM III) will be responsible for managing complex technical projects end to end.  The PM III will lead project teams that span multiple business units, including Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, IT, Business Support and Facilities Operations.  

What You Will Do:  

  • Lead and manage large-scale system implementation projects, including ERP Systems and/or Construction Management Systems. 

  • Manages a portfolio of complex system development, system integration and product development projects 

  • Owns the project lifecycle from initiation to completion for each project, engaging in project resources as necessary to meet project goals 

  • Develops and manages all aspects of project planning, including communications, resources, budget, issues, risks and vendor relationships (where necessary) 

  • Understands interdependencies between operational and business needs, and proactively works to resolve disputes and gain stakeholder alignment 

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for project updates to all internal and external project stakeholders 

  • Facilitates regular meeting cadences and provides timely updates to project stakeholders through established channels (email, messenger, web conference, etc.) 

  • Provides effective leadership to project team by holding them accountable to meet project milestones and timelines 

  • Monitors, tracks and controls outcomes to resolve conflicts, dependencies and other project risks to ensure critical path deliverables are met 

  • Provides periodic reports, metrics and project summaries to executive-level representatives of internal business units 

  • Utilizes PMBOK best practices, established project methodologies and tools to mature PM capabilities for the organization, including internal processes and documentation 

What You Will Need to be Successful:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including Workday, Oracle or Microso
