Project Manager, Fonn Group Americas

Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (PM) with expertise in enterprise cloud-based SaaS project delivery to join our team in the New York tri-state area. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery and delivering exceptional customer experience in a multicultural work environment, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage complex, multi-faceted projects focusing on quality, progress, and financial performance. 

• Client Satisfaction: Address client inquiries and needs promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction, which will lead to customer loyalty and long-term client relationships.

• Project Reporting: Forecast, allocate resources and manage team competencies to meet project demands.

• Proactive Communication: Initiate communication with diverse customers, educate them on best practices, and communicate with internal resources as needed.

• Escalation Management: Escalate complex technical issues, maintaining continuous communication with other company employees and customers. 

• Value Delivery: Understand the products and services, delivering value daily. Contribute to proposal content, customer meetings, and project delivery strategies in partnership with the sales team and other stakeholders. 

• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer delivery methods, ensuring on-time and on-budget implementation.

• Project Handover: Establish and collaborate closely with Fonn Group customer success to create the best customer experience.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation resources related to clients. 

• Identify and Remediate Risks: Take ownership of recognizing and mitigating potential risks.

• Video Production Tools Experience, a plus – experience with enterprise broadcast and professional media asset management and newsroom computer system production workflows.

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education in project management, business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an international setting.

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager (or equivalent role), with a focus on cloud (AWS) based applications and media workflow. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a bonus.

• Agile problem-solving mindset, able to diagnose and resolve project-related issues promptly.

• Familiarity with customer support tools, HubSpot (CRM), Teamwork (PM Tool) Notion, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Certifications such as PMI/PMO or project management certifications are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and representation.
