Project Manager F&B Process

TechniBlend is in search of an experienced Project Manager with an emphasis on liquid & beverage processing equipment in the B2B market. This position is responsible for all aspects of project development including but not limited to the cultivation of client relationships, managing resources, budget analysis, and project scheduling.
In this role, you will…
• Act as primary customer interface/contact.
• Develop project plans, objectives, and strategies for beverage-related initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for successful project execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including members from marketing, production, R&D, and supply chain, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and motivate team members to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and expenses to ensure efficient utilization.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials or ingredients.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
• Conduct post-project reviews to analyze outcomes, identify lessons learned, and apply insights to future projects.

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Communications
• Proven experience facilitating technical discussions and outlining project details both internally and externally
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad
• Ability to manage mechanical and electrical contractors on site
• Self-motivated multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail
• Willing and able to travel 10% domestic US and Canada as necessary for project requirements to include but not be limited to: site walks, contractor bid walks, project installation and start-up activities, client meetings, company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, or conventions, etc.
