Title: Project Manager – Data Management & Analytics

Location: Cupertino California (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end data management projects, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the cleaning, normalization, and preparation of large-scale, real-world datasets to support business and analytical needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that drive data-driven decision-making.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including workflows, testing protocols, issue logs, and bug reports.

• Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• 8+ years of end-to-end Project management experience within Data / Analytics projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with cleaning, normalization, and preparation of large-scale, real-world datasets to support business and analytical needs.

• Familiarity with data APIs, Tableau, and other data visualization or integration tools.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of chemical structures and the ability to interpret and compare molecular data.

• Exposure to cheminformatics concepts and digital molecular representations; experience with RDKit or similar libraries is a plus.
