Title: Project Manager – Data Management & Analytics
Location: Cupertino California (100% onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end data management projects, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Oversee the cleaning, normalization, and preparation of large-scale, real-world datasets to support business and analytical needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that drive data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including workflows, testing protocols, issue logs, and bug reports.
Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
8+ years of end-to-end Project management experience within Data / Analytics projects.
Strong hands-on experience with cleaning, normalization, and preparation of large-scale, real-world datasets to support business and analytical needs.
Familiarity with data APIs, Tableau, and other data visualization or integration tools.
Nice to have
Basic understanding of chemical structures and the ability to interpret and compare molecular data.
Exposure to cheminformatics concepts and digital molecular representations; experience with RDKit or similar libraries is a plus.
