THE ROLE 

Zeta Global is seeking a Data Cloud Project Manager who will lead and support strategic initiatives and product development that span across Data Cloud business units (Applications, Intelligence and Acceleration) and the larger Zeta org.  You will play a crucial role in driving delivery and adoption of our intelligence solutions across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate strategic initiatives that showcase how Zeta data helps brands acquire, grow and retain customers - collaborating with design, engineering, data science, product managers, and business teams to prioritize, and develop impactful technologies, balancing business objectives, client needs, and innovative product vision.
• Drive global product definition, scoping, planning, market positioning, and product design of new initiatives and enhancements of Data Cloud Intelligence Solutions, ensuring alignment of cross-functional development, marketing, sales, and operations teams across the full lifecycle of products.
• Manage development timelines and ensure consistent, high quality, delivery of usable and effective data products.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning for projects.
• Champion ongoing process improvement
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work and mentoring and developing team members
• Champion Data Cloud Intelligence Solutions with clients, gather feedback and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement

• Become a subject matter expert on our competitive landscape, existing and prospective customer pain points and Zeta BU needs to identify gaps in our solution set
• Centralize Data Cloud learnings across BUs and bring to life via case studies with product marketing

Required Skills

• Looking for a candidate who has ~5 years of job experience, strong foundational skills who can quickly absorb and apply trainings

• A proven track record of solving complex technical problems and partnering with agile engineering teams to translate customer needs into impactful products.
• Deep data comprehension and transforming them into insightful stories that can inform a product roadmap

• Highly organized, supporting multiple business units simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to grasp complex issues and translate them into easily understandable terms

• Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on the ability to educate, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams through projects of short and long durations
• Comfort in collaborating and presenting at all levels of the organization from junior team members to senior leadership

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira
• Ability to document and clearly and concisely present challenges to a diverse set of stakeholders
• Advanced Excel Proficiency
  • VLookups, Pivot Tables, Logic-based queries, data cleaning & filtering

Preferred Skills

• Tableau and Microsoft Project familiarity
• Experience in agile product management principles and practices
• Familiarity with email, programmatic a
