The Job:  

The Contract Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project objectives aligned with organizational goals.

As a Contract Project Manager, you will work as an on-site employee.    You’ll get to:  

• Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate effective collaboration among team members and departments.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and post-project evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
