Job Summary:

Manages the design and project delivery performance for multiple routine capital projects as assigned within one or more sites. Interfaces with hospital personnel and local leadership to develop and administer construction projects in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and organization guidelines. Develops scope, schedule and budget for potential projects, executes against scope, schedule and budget commitments on approved projects, benchmarks project performance to industry best practices, adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Supports strategic capital projects, as needed.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years' experience in healthcare project management or construction management: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborates with IAM staff to promote a universal approach when interpreting performance data and developing programs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
