The Role
The Honest Company has kicked off a search for a Project Manager for our Baby business! In this role, you will manage innovation projects in support of the strategic product plan across our baby portfolio. As a Project Manager, you’ll partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop, track and manage cross functional performance.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain relationships within R&D, and partner with Product, Operations,
Brand, Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Finance and Packaging Engineering on the product
development process - Develop, track and manage cross-functional performance for timelines, innovation gate
documents and post launch / ad hoc analysis for all product launches and SKU
transitions - Prepare detailed implementation project plans and manage week-to-week execution of
associated tasks, including planning, tracking, documentation, risk analysis and bi-
weekly status updates to senior leadership - Develop and lead project checklist meetings, while driving accountability across key
team members - Resolve and promptly escalate issues, risks and dependencies – proactively identifying
potential gaps and critical path analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute on
mitigation plans - Continually refine and support effective project management workflow standards
including procedures and templates that promote efficiency, productivity, and quality

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years project management experience in a CPG environment
- Power to influence peers / managers and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels
while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
