In a typical day as a Project Manager - Americas Integration Center, you would
• Form, lead and coordinate project teams regarding the following tasks:
- Work with Sales, Account Managers and Solution Architects to define the customer's requirements and transfer them into a project plan
- Coach and lead the teams in order to achieve goals and timelines and to solve operational and technical problems
• Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring as well as risk assessment and change management according to defined governance methods and standard processes.
• Define and monitor all success on critical indicators and core characteristics for costs, requirements, resources and risks
• Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
• Contribute to the creation of offers, contracts and time schedules as well as cost calculation.
Job Requirements:
This position will support government accounts. Therefore, due to federal export-control regulations, the selected candidate must hold U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident/Green Card status or otherwise have a category of refugee/asylee status enabling them to perform the role without requiring a license under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

• Holding a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or computer science or equivalent education
• At least 5 years professional experienced in customer facing IT-Project Management with complex end to end project management knowledge
• Factory Express portfolio knowledge and integration and field services is preferred
• Broad technology knowledge (servers, storage, networking, etc.)
• Responsible, confident and highly motivated with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of factory supply chain operations.
• Willingness to participate in non-standard working time models (e.g., shift, call availability, etc.)
• Holding a PMP certificate is preferred
