Project Manager

PM – 1 or 2 – 70-90K for the right guy – DOE – less experience 40k up

Construction background – trade that has more finesse about it – nice finish stuff – bespoke nature

Understanding of the quality, margin of error – fine margin experience

Doesn’t need acrticteure metal work

Managing and handling end to end projects

All client interfacing – good, bad, ugly

Commercial team, design, site team commercially astute – see the opportunities – what things costs

Nothing to do with production – designed, and fitting it – not a negative if they have worked with production

Main contractor experience within construction – how they play the game

Need 5 years experience unless exceptional

Someone younger works as the second hire would also work

Package managers

Commercial understanding – problem solving – handle on the budgets, see angle of variation
Industry – construction – bespoke
Managing multiple projects – prioritisation
