Project Manager – Limerick

The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value government and infrastructure projects in Limerick.

The works include storage facilities and an administrative office development, offering a varied role for someone confident taking ownership of project delivery.

Package

€80,000–€100,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery, managing programme, resources and quality.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and the design team.

Monitor costs and variations alongside the commercial team.

Maintain clear client communication and progress reporting.

Oversee health and safety, project risks and successful handover.

Requirements

Proven Project Management experience on substantial construction projects.

Strong planning, commercial awareness and leadership skills.

Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages.

Ability to manage client expectations and resolve technical issues.

Comfortable working in a site-based role in Limerick.
