Project Manager

The CSR Group are working with a fit-out contractor who is seeking a Project Manager for a new position in Dublin City Centre, overseeing commercial fit-out works.

The role will focus on the finishing stages of projects, including cladding, dry lining, snagging and handover. This would suit a hands-on Project Manager with strong finishing experience and an eye for detail.

Package

€90,000–€95,000 depending on experience.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 07:00–15:30/16:00.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial fit-out works through the finishing stages to handover.

Coordinate subcontractors across cladding, dry lining and finishing trades.

Drive the programme, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Lead quality inspections, snagging and defect close-out.

Liaise with clients, consultants and the site team to resolve issues.

Oversee site health and safety, resources and progress reporting.

Requirements

Previous Project Management experience within commercial fit-out.

Strong knowledge of finishing trades, including dry lining and cladding.

Proven ability to deliver projects through snagging and handover.

Confident managing subcontractors, programmes and client expectations.

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
