Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

 Requirement Gathering  and Analysis -Perform system analysis and document technical requirement -Expertise in Requirement gathering, Analysis, designing, developing and testing various Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business and IT partners, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives. -Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 9+ years of IT Experience
• Expert in Claim Intake & Workflow Services and Claim Processing
• Robust knowledge of programming language, scripting langauge
• Significant experience with Teradata, with a deep understanding of writing and optimizing SQL scripts.
• Good experience in Mainframe systems
• Knowledge of coding best practices and principles to encourage code maintainability and readability.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 9+ years in Healthcare and Claims processing system
• Remote with the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Minimum years of experience: 15+ years

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products\
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
• Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback, contributing to continuous improvement and quality increasing activities.
• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
