Project Management Engineer

About the position

As a Project Management Engineer in the team, your main responsibilities as below:

A. New Project Development:
1. Estimated quotation and investment, time schedule;
2. Preparation of presentation materials for new product concepts or overall plans;
3. New product launch materials and development task document;
4. Follow-up, monitoring and reporting of project milestones/deviations;
5. Output and confirmation of new project delivery materials;
6. Project summary and monthly report;
7. Preliminary investigation, including information on similar products or competitors in the market, and industry information;

B. Maintenance of Mass Production products:
1. Product data sheet management;
2. Status management of existing product lines;
3. After-sales repair exploded view and parts lines management;
4. Packaging materials management
5. Market technical support and customer problem feedback;
6. For mass-produced products, create new Boms as per customer requirements and import them.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in English is preferred;
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in product and project management, including working experience in new product development, product data management, English translation, etc.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of handling daily email exchanges, English meetings and presentations. College English Test Band 4 or above, TEM-4, TEM-8, IELTS/TOEFL scores and other certificates are also acceptable.
• Candidates with basic knowledge of project management and those who have passed the PMP exam are preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and TS16949 development module knowledge is preferred.
• There is a lot of coordination work, which requires a high level of organization and coordination skills, and good communication skills.
