Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

• Comply with all of TurboFab’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, Regulations and Guidelines. 
• Must keep all areas clean and orderly; and comply with TurboFab’s housekeeping procedures. 
• Holds and positions parts. 
• Document control. 
• Validation checks of product 
• Grinds and chips rough edges as required. 
• Uses hammers and other tools to perform job 
• Must work safely and abide by safety rules and regulations. 
• Must maintain all equipment in good working condition. 
• Train other less experience Helpers. 

Required Qualifications: 

• This position is for the helper with more than three years of experience and requires minimal supervision to perform duties assigned. 
• Must have the ability to perform the duties described herein. 
• Must exhibit the skills and willingness to perform assigned tasks in a fully competent manner. 
• Must have knowledge of tools used in the industry. 
• Must be able to get along with others. 
• Must be able to verbally communicate with others.      
• Must be able to work 2nd shift.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   **Candidates may be placed on any shift, dependent on business needs** 

 

Summary Pay Range:

 $14.22 - 21.33

 

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
