The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Project Engineer in Capital Engineering you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing project estimates, plans and proposals, and coordinating project approvals
• Managing project timelines, scopes, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully deliver to approved project commitments
• Specifying equipment and facilities performance and design criteria
• Defining and executing competitive bidding and project delivery strategies
• Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance to applicable codes, guidelines, and standards

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and 2 or more years of capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
• Advanced degree (completed and verified prior to start) in an engineering discipline or technology management from an accredited institution
• Experience managing capital projects, with a strong track record of successful project schedule, scope and cost delivery
• Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants
• Demonstrated project management, communication, facilitation, influencing and teaching/coaching skills
• Ability to energize teams, promote teamwork and maintain positive morale

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international
