• Description
  • Position reports to the Head of Onboarding, Hank, interfaces with a Project Manager and is a Project Architect. A Project Engineer is responsible for technical project tasks including: system architecture, sequence of operation, customer communication an project outcomes
• Expectations
  • Coordinate with Head of Onboarding on technical development
  • Develop system architecture in accordance with Hank structure
  • Review and manage operational sequencing of HVAC equipment
  • Establish timelines and review building automation integration implementations
  • Manage multiple site onboardings and associated technical requirements
  • Coordinate with Director Implementation and ensure project delivery goals
  • Manage technical project expectations between sales, customer and suppory
• Skills Learned
  • Rapid onboarding of buildings into the virtual building ecosystem
  • Professional customer engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced development of HVAC operational theories and design
  • End-to-end deployment and commissioning for proper equipment operation
  • Advanced Tridium Niagara development and ML-modeling
• Qualifications
  • +4 years experience technical background in HVAC Design and/or Building Automation field
  • Extensive knowledge of basic HVAC equipment Sequence of Operation
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment design
  • Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Working knowledge of Tridium Niagara
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Additional Qualifications
  • Extensive understanding of HVAC energy efficiency measures
  • Professional Engineering license a plus
  • Basic knowledge in machine-learning

Estimated compensation for this position is:

100,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
