Job Summary:

The Walt Disney Company Disney Cruise Line Sourcing and the Supplier Diversity team is seeking a highly motivated and inspired addition to our team to assist our organization on ongoing projects. This Cast Member will be responsible for monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

To succeed as a project coordinator, you must be eager to learn, very flexible, and have a valued "can do" demeanor. You will be organized, responsive, and able to work on tight deadlines. You will also be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel and have exceptional verbal, written, organization, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study, at least two (2) years of proven experience, and a passion for business and supplier diversity are required.

Your typical day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in vendor setups and verify invoice and PO information for timely resolution of payment needs

• Assist in vendor research

• Lead email communication on behalf of the team

• Collect data and create presentations

• Plan for conferences and events both on and off the property

• Assist teams with tracking item(s) related to BU support for critical purchases/ PO activity

• Administers critical correspondence and/ or internal documentation for signature as needed for and/or on behalf of the team. For example, email notifications DocuSign routing (CBSFs, Buckslips; etc.)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong project management skills

• Basic understanding of strategic sourcing concepts

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
