Your New Role

As the NC Project Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our New Construction Department. Your mission? To ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From preparing proposals to managing billing, you’ll handle it all with precision and care. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Proposal and Documentation Management: Prepare comprehensive proposals, manage project documentation, and ensure timely permit acquisition.
• Internal Coordination: Work with the NC Department Manager and Field Supervisors to schedule crews and prepare materials.
• Financial Management: Oversee billing, job costing, and insurance certification.
• Resource Management: Assist in ordering equipment and materials.
• Lead Generation and Plan Solicitation: Actively seek out new projects and maintain a database of potential leads.
• Public Representation: Represent Premier Systems at events and trade shows.
• Confidentiality and Ethics: Handle sensitive company information with discretion.
• Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as needed by the NC Department Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid MT Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record.
• Experience in HVAC systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional attendance at special events, such as industry or networking events
• Some travel required (<25%).
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
