What this job involves –

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks for multiple project types. The Project Coordinator should be organized, flexible and able to multi-task.

What is your day to day?  

• Set up folders on shared drive and upload project documents into folders
• Verifying tabs updated in Workspace
• Assemble PDF and project quotes
• Create stakeholder and region reports
• Prepare and distribute project reports from Workspace
• Updating tabs/comments as requested
• Assist with Shopping Carts (purchase order creation)
• Maintain tracker invoices and change orders
• Working on financial reconciliation / Research late payments / final payments to vendors
• Collect and file lien waivers
• Set up budgets from the GC bid/SOV on the budget tab
• Ensure write-offs are complete
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
• Ensure all audit required documentation is in Workspace and Shared Drive
• Work with multiple Construction PMs for any ad hoc requests

Desired experience and technical skills  

Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
• An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret document

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)

Estimated total compensation for this position:

54,400.00 – 68,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

On-site –Rosemead, CA
