We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to coordinate schedules, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of software development projects

• Track project timelines, budgets, and progress reports

• Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and take minutes

• Maintain ongoing communication between internal teams and clients

• Identify and resolve issues or delays in collaboration with stakeholders

• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible

• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling across multiple projects

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination or administrative support

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira)

• Familiarity with software development processes is a plus
