We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Louisville, KY. The Project Coordinator will support project planning and execution, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule

• Facilitate communication among team members, vendors, and clients

• Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting notes

• Identify and resolve project issues or delays promptly

• Support the project manager in administrative tasks and reporting

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
