The Project Coordinator (PMO) position is a key role at Collectors. You will be supporting various aspects of  existing projects and new projects, facilitating communication for both cross functional teams and external vendors, presentation materials and opportunities to learn. 

This role will be reporting to the Enterprise Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be local to Runnemede, NJ but fully remote candidates open to working East Coast Hours (9-6pm EST) & traveling to Santa Ana, CA  & Jersey City, NJ will be considered. 

 

What You’ll Do

• Prepare project status reports 
• Process documentation for project commitment
• Support project administrative deliverables (i.e. meeting scheduling, meeting minutes, project plans, action item tracking, budget tracking, schedule updates, post mortem, etc)
• Create, review, edit, and format documentation + presentation materials 
• Support resource management tracking 
• Facilitate communication for cross-functional and external project team members 
• Support smaller projects + initiatives 
• Other duties as assigned  

Who You Are

• 3+ years project or related coordinator experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Exceptional adaptability skills 

Bonus Points

• PMI knowledge or certification 
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification

 

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $63,938-$103,805 Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
