A Day in the Life

We are excited to be hiring a Clinical Studies Project Coordinator III to join our Medtronic Structural Heart and Aortic (SH&A) Operating Unit. In this role, you will be providing support to the Mitral and Tricuspid (M&T) clinical teams and studies. The Clinical Studies Project Coordinator III will independently perform diverse administrative and project duties.

The Structural Heart and Aortic integrated operating unit offers minimally invasive approaches to restore proper structure and function of the heart and the aorta. We focus on the transcatheter replacement or repair of the four heart valves—aortic, pulmonic, mitral, tricuspid—and the placement of stent grafts to treat aneurysms and dissections of the body’s largest artery, the aorta.

This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role will require 15% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process
  • Monitor program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
  • Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
  • Gather and compile information for reports
  • Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding
  • Independently propose solutions to problems for manager review
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts

Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of operational systems and practices
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$54,400.00 - $81,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
