Job Summary:
This position aims to ensure effective project-based problem resolution, decision making, documentation, and cadence throughout the project life cycle.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
•Works with West Henrietta Operations Team (Management) & Distribution/Packaging floor leadership, as a key liaison, to prioritize facilities projects and distribution-based continuous improvement efforts.
•Creates, tracks, and manages projects within the Facilities & Distribution Maintenance departments.
•Responsible for working with Maintenance, Engineering, and Controls teams to drive equipment-based improvements.
•Write, coordinate, and execute ECOs, as necessary.
•Point-of-contact for machine validations. In many cases, will be expected to execute protocols.
•Collaborate with Engineering and QA, as necessary.
•Complete Corrective/Preventive Maintenance documentation with technicians.
•Work with Maintenance Supervisor to drive updates to SOPs and other quality-controlled department documentation.
•Interfaces with internal team and vendors on modifications to distribution equipment.
•Manages, organizes, and researches source and inventory of spares parts and orders, as necessary.
•Maintains documentation in compliance with all Federal and Internal procedures.
•Identifies and analyzes issues and conflicts effecting goal attainment and project completeness.
•Recommends techniques and tools in support of project efficiency and goal attainment.
•May design or redesign project management techniques/tools.
•Monitors and audits project documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness throughout.
•Schedules, frequently manages, and leads departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
•Communicates on behalf of, and represents, the department both internally and externally.
•As business needs dictate, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime.
•Experience with AutoCAD drafting and drawing management.
•Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
•2+ years of project facilitation, project management or commensurate experience.
Education:
•Associate degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting hourly rate for this role is between $24.00 and $29.00/per hour and may include cost of living adjustments.
