What will I be bringing to life in this role?
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Co-ordinator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting successful delivery of both customer facing and internal projects by assisting Project Managers in planning, tracking and executing project activities, helping to guide seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.You’ll be at the heart of our operations – playing a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures usingKinetic’s project management tools.• Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, both internally andexternally.• Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal and customer-facing meetings.• Track and manage project risks, issues, change requests and decision log.• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.• Support the scheduling of resources for ad-hoc professional services activities.• Help collate project metrics and data for reporting purposes.• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project teammembers.• Run smaller project implementations, with support from a Project Manager.• Collaborate with Project Managers on post implementation reports and surveys.• Assist with the organization and delegation of sales related tasks, such as RFP administration,documentation management and scheduling of internal team members to complete assignedwork by a deadline.• Work with customers across the USA and Canada, and on occasion globally.
What will I need to hit the ground running?
• Proven experience in a project support or co-ordination role, ideally within a software orprofessional services environment.• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar).• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to build strong relationships.• A driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.• A natural curiosity and drive to continuously enhance services.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones.What extras will make me thrive?
