Job Description:

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a detail-oriented Project Analyst / Technical Communication Specialist to join our team. This role is centered around maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Detect and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies.
  • Ensure data complies with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Perform regular data audits and apply best practices for data hygiene.
  • Gather and analyze sentiment and feedback from social media platforms, forums, and online communities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to file formatting, data quality, and documentation standards.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with data validation, cleaning, and auditing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to identify data trends and resolve data-related issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
