As a Project Management Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Project Management Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, or Excel and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, other project analysts, and Booz Allen leadership. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Program and Project Analyst  

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience as a Program and Project Analyst, Associate's degree and 6+ years of experience as a Program and Project Analyst, or Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience as a DoD Management Analyst

• Experience with IT Procurement  

• Experience with editing and writing documents in a professional setting

• Knowledge of MS Project and project scheduling

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple efforts  

• Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, summarize it, and read and interpret contractual requirements  

• Possession of excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Clearance:   

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
