Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting the NYC Administration for Children's Services (ACS) at a critical facility in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Account Manager to oversee vendor coordination and building engineering consulting services at the Juvenile Correction Center.

The Project Account Manager will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Vendor Management Services, overseeing all aspects of procurement, vendor performance, contract compliance, and building operations. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the property meets all contractual obligations and operational excellence standards required by ACS.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Vendor Procurement & Negotiation:
  • Identify, qualify, and procure vendors to support ACS’ needs.
  • Negotiate subcontractor agreements with favorable terms.
  • Seek opportunities to consolidate vendor services and reduce costs.
• Vendor Evaluation & Transition:
  • Assess vendor performance, pricing, and service quality.
  • Review vendor catalogues to ensure value-driven product selection.
  • Manage vendor transitions with minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitoring & Compliance:
  • Track vendor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), delivery schedules, invoicing protocols, and pricing agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Provide periodic inspection schedules and maintenance plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontracted vendors for MEP system operations.
  • Ensure facility systems meet optimal performance and manufacturer specifications.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the contractor team and ACS.
  • Coordinate with on-site ACS staff to ensure transparency and effectiveness in service delivery.

Benefits:

• Salary: $129,000/Annually
