WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Program Therapist is an exempt position responsible for providing formal and informal counseling services to assist youth ages 15-22.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Ensure client rights are protected, and services comply with ethical and legal standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and group activity logs.
- Provide weekly individual and group or family counseling based on the client's needs.
- Create a supporting treatment plan with specific goals, interventions, and parties responsible for attaining the goals identified by the client.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience providing direct services to adolescents and young adults.
- Strong understanding of counseling theories and techniques for individuals and groups.
- Knowledge of human development, LGBTQ+ issues, and trauma-informed care principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention
