We are looking for a talented individual…​

To join our team as a Program Portfolio Manager! This role will be responsible for directing all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. As a leader to our Evansville team, you can expect to work with all program stakeholders including our utility client, area contractors, customers, to ensure alignment on a cohesive vision delivering the service that differentiates CLEAResult through energy efficiency and demand response programs. ​

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

• Manage residential and commercial portfolio of Energy Efficiency programs (typically $8—16M annual revenue without incentives)

• Contributes to or leads contract creation and executes contracts for compliance and client satisfaction 

• May create technical content and intellectual property, including content for corporate marketing

• Responsible for forecasting and managing program budget 

• Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and performance

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of 25+ to support every aspect of our client portfolios

• Read, analyze, and interpret the complex and sensitive documents, to include technical reports, legal documents, and financial reports that apply to the work

• Responsible for contract risk management (identification, management and resolution of risks) for portfolio of programs & projects

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…​​

• 8+ years of people management experience

• Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred, but not required: MS or MBA

• Relevant industry experience, preferred

• Demonstrated expertise with creating and articulating financial modeling/analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

• Confidence in quickly getting up to speed with Adaptive and other business platforms

• The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

$110,500.00 - $165,700.00
