About the role

As an IAS Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst you will prepare, compile, analyze, and deliver program integration master schedules, detail schedules and program proposal schedules for manned and unmanned aircraft systems and high-performance ISR and aviation systems. You will work with multiple functions in the organization to prepare program schedule content for program proposals and executing programs. Program schedules will provide baseline and program performance to internal and external customers and use program planning and scheduling tools and systems to support program management activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops the IMS to include detailed tasks and timing supporting all program events, significant accomplishments and accomplishment criteria for the entire scope of the program.
  • Develops IMS tasks that are directly traceable to the WBS, SOW and CLINS.
  • Ensures all tasks are logically linked showing predecessor and successor relationships and sufficient to account for the entire program under contract with identifiable driving and critical paths.
  • Ensures appropriate integration of subcontractor schedules.
  • Performs schedule health assessments and schedule risk analysis.
  • Attends monthly reviews including the Internal Program Management Review meetings, Schedule Reviews, Program Risk Reviews, and support customer reviews (Monthly Program Reviews, IBR etc.).
  • Resource load schedules ensuring budget, forecast and performance are planned and reported effectively and ensure Cost/Schedule integration is maintained throughout the program when required.
  • Prepare schedule CDRLs for review and submittal.

Must-haves:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field and 6 years or more of related work experience.
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Experience in Microsoft Project Professional
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
