Program Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a tech-savvy and inquisitive Program Operations Coordinator to join our growing Program Management Team. The Program Operations Coordinator will execute on strategic initiatives, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and optimize projects to ensure the success of Koddi Ads programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for providing World-Class support. 

What you will do

• Act as a central point of contact for publishers and partners, ensuring that the scope and direction of each program is on schedule and all stakeholders are well-informed
• Collaborate across teams internally and externally on key initiatives
• Investigate and resolve business process and technical issues
• Establish and enhance repeatable frameworks for scalable outcomes
• Educate and support external partners on program features and performance
• Perform testing of resolved issues, create and update processes accordingly
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, generating actionable insights
• Identify interdependencies and escalate barriers for effective problem-solving
• Jump into end user education and training as needed to help our clients succeed
• Perform all of the testing of issues once they have been resolved
• Create and update processes
• Work with the Program Manager to plan and document all aspects of the specific program(s) you are working on

What skills and experience you bring

• 0-3 years of experience; Recent college graduate with applicable project or internship program experience
• Ability to speak, read, write English AND Spanish or Portuguese
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies
• Understanding of advertising operations and campaign optimization
• Capable to independently solve issues with limited oversight
• Inquisitive, curious nature to uncover and understand program dynamics and trends
• Ability to communicate results, findings, and updates clearly & concisely to publishers & partners
• Self-motivated with strong work ethos and the ability to multi-task
• Approach challenges with empathy and a desire to learn 
• Detail-oriented, data-driven and organized
• Experience with ZenDesk, Salesforce.com, or Intercom preferred
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
• Self-motivated with high energy, impeccable integrity, and a personable demeanor
