About the role

Responsibilities

In this role, you will own the upfront planning and ingestion process for the Data Center delivery organization. You will own working with various stakeholders to continuously improve the current process, stand-up new mechanisms to drive operational excellence, and deploy cross-functional solutions that improve the agility of the business. You will take complex problems and break them down into manageable pieces, then ensure timely delivery of solutions. You will also identify technical/resource options to successfully deliver scalable solutions, processes, and drive adoption.

 

As a Senior Manager you will:

  • Recruit, grow, and develop your team.
  • Define the process and metrics required to successfully bring together cross-functional teams to find opportunities and targeted performance improvement in a compressed timeline.
  • Bring your expertise, problem solving skills, and creativity to add value to your team.
  • Work across the org to lead programs aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership and influence change at all levels of the organization.              
  • Run projects ensuring on-time delivery of commitments through planning, execution, engagement, documentation, and on-going monitoring of projects/programs.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of working in a data center environment
  • 3+ years of driving process improvement experience.

 

Career Level - M3

Manage people for product development programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
