CACI is currently looking for a Program Manager: Web Development and Digital Strategy to join our Team. 

As the Web development and Digital Strategy Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional web products for a government external facing public website. In this role you will build a team of Drupal developers, graphics designers, content strategists and writers supporting the existing web site/content delivery while developing a long-term strategy to re-design and launch a new web site and mobile products. The position will serve as the primary customer point of contact managing all content delivery and development efforts from concept to completion, fostering an agile, collaborative team culture with both CACI staff and customer External Affairs team to drive out of the box thinking and cross-functional team communications.


More About the Role:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of all task order services including content/digital strategy, web design, web development and web O&M sustainment tasks.

  • Provide management and leadership to CACI’s developers, testers and content management staff assigning priorities and ensuring equitable work distribution across teams.

  • Ensure senior level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status including risks, strategic options, and decisions for resolution.

  • Develop and implement agile delivery model and quality assurance regiment, utilizing iterative testing and daily scrums to identify program risks and assess team workloads.

  • Pre-emptively discover and provide solutions to issues and risks, such as standing up and maintaining a team proficient in the skills required to complete the requirements defined in the SOW.

  • Work across teams to establish mature governance model for tracking and ensuring adherence to DHS standards.

  • Establish reporting mechanism across portfolio to track work and drive collaboration across teams using DHS provided work/resource management tools.

  • Drive business and operational process standardization.

  • Provide thought leadership to drive customer mission priorities and project success.

  • Bring a collaborative, team-centric attitude and enthusiasm that encourages outreach and partnership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD).

  • 16 years applicable experience or equivalency (equivalency includes MA + 7 years applicable experience, BA + 10 years applicable experience or AA + 12 years applicable experience).

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience with website design and delivery experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team

  • Experience with agile and agile management concepts

  • Experience with 508 accessibility testing

  • Strong organization and communications skills and ability to work collaboratively with Senior Government Leaders.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

  • Strong initiative to proactively establishing relationships, setting up workshops, finding opportunities to innovate and improve value, as well as providing new ideas for improvement.

  • Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction and management oversight.

  • Able to understand the day-to-day operational needs of customers and identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
