About the job

This position is needed to support the design and roll out of Talent Development programs including manager development, career frameworks and performance management. 

 

You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing large scale programs focused on our employees to help them build the skills and capabilities needed to drive performance and grow their careers. We have a number of ongoing and new programs and we need someone with strong program management skills to implement them. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Help build, launch and manage global learning programs to help Twilions build core capabilities
  • Support the career development framework strategy and the enablement program, empowering all Twilions to build their careers - through development plans and career architecture
  • Support the redesign and roll out of our core manager development training program
  • Support the redesign and roll out of our performance management process

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development
  • Proven track record working on large-scale, global talent development programs end-to-end with multiple stakeholders that require design and roll out with robust change management
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate in business terms

Desired:

  • Strong facilitation skills, delivering impactful learning experiences 
  • Experience working in a hypergrowth company - building core processes that can scale as we grow
  • Experience of using and managing cornerstone LMS
  • Strong understanding of career development frameworks 
  • Experience of remote-first management development programs 
  • Experience partnering with Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion teams to build and ensure equity in core talent development processes 
  • Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to change and accelerated timelines
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field preferred 

Location 

This role will be remote, and based in the USA.

Approximately <10%> travel is anticipated.
