In This Role You will support large‑scale supply chain system enhancements within a cloud data center environment—specifically focused on the availability, management, and fulfillment of spare parts. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, supply chain, and technical program management. You will gather requirements, translate operational needs into technical specifications, partner closely with engineering teams, and drive the successful delivery of system changes. This is a highly collaborative and technical position designed for someone who has deep experience with supply chain system implementations and can operate independently with minimal ramp‑up time.   Responsibilities Project & Program Delivery

• Support supply chain (procurement and fulfillment) initiatives related to spares availability and lifecycle management.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, developers, and cross‑functional business teams to define and execute solutions.
• Lead and participate in design discussions, solution reviews, and testing cycles.

Business Requirements & Documentation

• Gather detailed requirements from supply chain, logistics, sourcing, planning, and data governance teams.
• Create business requirements documents, process flow diagrams, functional specs, and project plans.
• Build and maintain presentations, test scripts, and other project-related documentation.
• Track and manage RAID logs and success measures for all assigned projects.

Testing & System Implementation

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business scenarios and technical requirements.
• Validate system changes and partner with engineering for defect resolution.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with supply chain, engineering, analytics, logistics, data governance, and sourcing organizations.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications (Required) Experience (Approximately 9–10+ Years):

1. Supply chain system implementation experience
• Order management, logistics, fulfillment, and/or distribution system rollouts.
2. Technical project or program management experience
• Working closely with engineering teams, developers, and IT.
3. Strong business analysis and documentation skills
• Writing business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, and project plans.
4. ERP and enterprise system experience
• Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or comparable platforms.

Other Required Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without heavy direction.
