Program Manager, Senior - Payment Innovation

Your Role

The Payment Innovation team leads the design, development, and implementation of value-based payment models. The Program Manager, Senior – Payment Innovation will report to the Senior Manager of Payment Innovation. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Payment Innovation team by managing complex projects, tracking project milestones, completing reporting requirements, and leading cross-functional meetings. The Program Manager, Senior – Payment Innovation, is responsible for preparing for and organizing meetings by collecting and/or developing meeting materials including PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, creating meeting agendas, documenting meeting notes, and tracking action item completion.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Work with the key SME's to consolidate information and complete reporting requirements including requests for proposals/information, executive dashboards, leadership updates, presentations, and other reporting
• Run cross-functional workgroup to facilitate key leadership updates/decisions and document issues, roadblocks, and milestones met
• Manage the day-to-day operations of complex scaling programs and models
• Serve as liaison between cross functional areas to ensure RACI alignment
• Conduct alternative payment model industry scans and market research-document in log/newsletter

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires experience managing projects cross-functionally to analyze, design, and develop business solutions
• Requires advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint in preparing and making presentations to various levels of management
• Prior experience in the health insurance industry is preferred
• Requires the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts as well as external customers
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
