Program Manager

Title: Program Manager 

Duties:
Provide technical leadership and management to perform software quality assurance analysis and testing, including Automation and Performance testing, using AWS, SAAS, Agile, Java, .NET, SQL Server, MS Azure, JIRA, Quality Center, Jenkins, SharePoint, Confluence, TFS, etc; Planning and leading QA life cycle for one or more Agile teams. Coordinate on-site and offshore resources and collaborate across internal cross-functional teams on delivering solutions. Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites. Mentor and develop Test Engineer I and II. Serve as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with product management, developers, and UX to create requirements and acceptance criteria. Create and execute test plans/cases in accordance with best practices & techniques, gather metrics, record raw data, and prepare test results as needed. Analyze system features and functionality and determine the best approach and techniques to test. Participate in daily scrum, provide accurate and concise status, and escalate issues. Define QA methodologies, quality improvement processes and best practices along with risk and mitigation plans. 

Requirements:
BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in software testing and QA, including AWS, Agile, Java, SQL Server, JIRA (OR) MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Related and 3 years’ experience in software testing and QA, including AWS, Agile, Java, SQL Server, JIRA 

Location: Scottsdale, AZ.  

Full Time. Travel involved to client locations within the US.
